Heating

The heating area of our heating element is very large, under the TPCS thermodynamic cycle system, it reduces the heat load of the surface of the heating element greatly; the multi-layer circulation structure makes a long waterway, absorbing the heat energy produced by the heating element very soon so that the efficiency becomes higher and protect causing lime scale.

Electrical Protection

INSTALLATION

A licensed electrician will be responsible for installation of this unit. The electrical requirements of this unit are below.

Depending on your current home electrical setup, in most cases a separate circuit breaker with connection to the live neutral and earth from the unit is the only requirement.

Please consult an electrician before you purchase this unit. In some circumstances, with older style house wiring, this unit may not be suitable.

OUR WARRANTY

The Heating Chamber – If the original heating chamber leaks or fails within TWO (2) years from the date of original installation of the water heater because of a defect in material or workmanship, the Maker will furnish to such an owner a replacement heater of the then-prevailing comparable model.

Any Component Part Other Than the Heating Chamber – If any other component part (other than the heating chamber) proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of original installation of the water heater, the Maker will furnish the owner with a replacement of the defective part(s).
